Japanese racial problem

There is one racial segeregation problem in Japan that is called Buraku problem.Apparently it can't be distinguished from our outlook whether one is Buraku tribe or not.However,NHK's last night TV program was very surprising because when some guys in the TV were actually from that tribe and were trying to cope with their being treated unproperly in some important situations like their marrige and finding jobs.There was no intentional concealing of their faces.We should meet with their brave attitude by not segregate them in job interviews or finding partners.
